Hi I work 12.30 hours a week i get pip and on universal credit. My work hours have been reduce by uc because of my condition .

My condition is making it difficult to carry on working I want to hand in my notice. Will I be sanctioned . I'm waiting to hear from capability and disability. But it's taking to long .

    You will not be sanctioned for giving up work due to health reasons. You must continue to provide those fit notes until a decision is made on your work capability assessment.

    Sorry to hear your work hours have been reduced, but as Poppy has rightly said, you wont get sanctioned if you have to leave employment over health reasons. Hopefully the DWP wont keep you waiting much longer.
