I have autistic spectrum, adhd, fibromyalgia, arthritis, diabetes, thyroid , neuropathy and have had a heart attack and have heart disease. I have a stair lift. Walker , other disabled aids ,disability badge and am being given a managed move to a bungalow but have been being refused pip for years. I did go to a tribunal about eight years back and was treated like a criminal. I v re applied and got standard rate care , no mobility. How can they get away with this lottery style decision making and how do we complain. Advice would be really appreciated. Thank you .

Hi @nicola53 and welcome to the community. 😊

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience claiming PIP, will you be asking for a mandatory reconsideration?
