    It is really selfish behaviour your upstairs neighbour are displaying, but be careful with regards to calling the police. From past experience, that can cause aggravation. It might not be to hard for them to guess who complained.

    Good morning @Agnia I would not call the police if this is a one off incident. Just keep a note of the date and the time it started and finished. If it continues to be a problem could you speak to the Council and see if they can help? Take care.

    Hi Bluebell after 1 am about 2 am no i didn’t sleep i don’t fall into a deep sleep phase and my chronic insomnia should be treated with appropriate medication
