What are people's thoughts on starmer saying will be using AI ?? My lack of understanding makes me panic about things so I ask on here

I'd not panic about AI @Catherine21 it's still very much in its infancy and most countries are wanting to be the world leaders in AI tech. I'd be ok with it if there were more laws in place to protect artists and peoples jobs. And it's very power hungry, so currently it's not great for the environment. What about AI is making you panic?

Just post office scandal just all of it try to keep grounded and like alot of people get blind panic about it all I'm not strong minded like I used to be feel weak sorry to go on feel so scared like millions of us do I've ordered a tuning fork meant to help with relaxation cortisol it let's vibrations out and place on parts of your body knowing me I probley fall apart I really wish I could work I really do this is like being bullied everyday never rest I have deleted apps but fear still there and feel bad as look at LA and other things happening when I get like this I just want someone to take away the feeling I know that's impossible thankyou for always listening

I understand @Catherine21 the world is extremely overwhelming right now, especially if you already suffer from bad anxiety. I've deleted several social media accounts and now only get my news from trusted sources like the BBC website, otherwise it can get a bit too much for my brain to handle.
It's good you've ordered a tuning fork, I find the sound (if at the right pitch) to be very soothing for me. I find white noise really helps me to let go of the racing thoughts a bit.

I've not tried it for anything medical, I just used to play with them a lot at university. 😆
If you're wanting to keep cortisol levels down, I'd recommend speaking to your GP, they can often recommend things if you're worried.0
