Hi @wallydog don't be sorry! Sometimes it's good to get things off your chest and I know it's something discussed a lot here, because many are feeling the same.
I'm sorry you've had to appeal. I can't imagine the additional worry on top of an already stressful process. And the delays don't help. Are you receiving any updates from them?
I know it's easier said than done, but try to find things to distract yourself. And make sure your kind to yourself too. Even if you do something small to make you feel better each day will help. I hope you get a positive decision from them soon. 🙂
Best wishes,
Holly.

Yep just feeling a bit down
I’m 65 this year finished work about 2.5 years ago ill health after working 47 years working 12+hrs shifts not claimed a thing off government
Working with hundreds of people (friends)
Now with this ill health stuck indoors
Luckily I have my wife (45th anniversary in February) but feel bad because she shouldn’t have to look after me

Bless you @wallydog - I can see why you feel so disheartened. Are you able to get out at all, even just in to the garden? Wow! 45 years is incredible. You'll have to impart some wisdom as to how you've both managed that. What's your secret? Please don't feel bad. I'm sure your wife wouldn't want you to. Is she doing ok?
