PIP award question

For context my conditions are severe chronic migraine, Major Depression, Social Anxiety and Panic Disorder and I always read bad things that usually people are put on lower amounts for similar things.
Any input is appreciated:)

Just to update.
I just spoke to them on the phone and indeed the award is enhanced daily living and standard mobility.
I am beyond thrilled1 -
Huge congrats again on your award @jperalta98 that's huge! Back pay is paid in separately from the monthly payments. Mine was in the bank before the actual letter about it arrived.0

Hi there
Currently awaiting my decision, in the meantime I requested for my report to be sent to me, I have recieved my report and on the very last page it has 8 dates going back to when I 1st made the claim with the sum of £549.00, does this mean I have been awarded?

Are you sure that this is the assessment report and not the decision letter? I wouldn't expect the assessment report to give any details about sums of money but the decision letter would if there's an award. Please double check what you've received.

Definitely assessment report.
I am still awaiting decision, keep bieng told a decision has not been made yet

Then I have no idea what those figures would be referring to.

Have you added up any potential recommended points in the report? They will not be added because it's the assessment report, not the decision letter. You can use the PIP self test to add them up. See link.
They mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it, though it's rare.

That's not normal documentation for the PIP claimant to get. I think you've been sent that by mistake.
I can't make any sense of the figures either.
You could try using this interactive test alongside what is written on your report.

I agree with kimmy and that's not something they usually send out and I have no idea what that's referring to.

Thankyou poppy123456
I just took the pip test and going by my assessment report I scored 9 points in daily living and 12 points in mobility

No problem. That would indicate an award of standard daily living and Enhanced mobility. Of course you need to wait for the decision to be made.
