Hi, my name is Red88! Joint UC, would we still receive anything if I came out of work completely?

Hi I’m new to LCW. I work and changed my job to something I thought would be more manageable however, I am still struggling. My husband and I have a joint UC claim and I am wondering if we would still receive anything if I came out of work completely?

As you already have LCW stopping work would not affect your UC entitlement. If there's deductions due to your earnings once you stop working you would no longer receive those deductions, unless your partner also works.
Your maximum UC entitlement would remain the same but you wouldn't have your earnings on top.
