Adp appeal the appeal

So bit of back story I was turned down for adp took all the way to tribunal and they took points away. So no award been given.

I asked for statement of reasons to see why they came to decision and there is lies written on the statement and I don't know if this is error of law? It's written things that were said which were not as well

    You will need to get some expert advice from an agency near you.

    If you had no award in place when you took it to Tribunal, removing points wouldn’t have made any difference anyway because there was no award to lose.

    It's not really the points it's more the lies that's written down
