I am 38 years old i have mild spastic diplegia and found intercourse very painful like forever wanted to know really is downstairs a muscle as I can't control the tightening I feel inadequate as a woman have a wonderful understanding partner who i have been with since I was 15 its just frustrating not being able to do the most natural thing in the world

I hope this is no longer an issue for you. But, if it is, Google pelvic floor therapist. They should be able to help you learn how to relax the muscles.
