Dwp going against assessor

Hi guys
Been worrying ever since I had the assessment on the 9th of Jan. I got my report back and it looks in my favour, that being said how likely are they to go with it or against it. My first application I got 0 across the board. Since then I have had a new diagnosis and this report came back with 13/22.
Any advice is helpful as this point.. my anxiety is really bad. Find myself just checking the phone constantly. I need this wait to be over

They usually go with the assessors recommendation, but not always.
