I've had a bath and got dressed, was supposed to go for my severe mental illness - (hate that name) wellbeing check at the GP surgery but don't feel able to leave the house.

Thanks Bluebell, I will try and ring up the surgery with Mum next time I see her to book in again. I did cancel it though online so at least they knew why I didn’t go. How are you doing this evening?
