NHS app question

Just a question about the NHS app.
My GP referred me to orthopedics and a request was sent to the NHS 'triage hub.'
On the NHS app, under referrals, it had been showing as ' 1 pending'. But when I looked tonight, it is now showing as 0 referrals pending. It also shows as 0 for 'waiting lists'.
Does this mean that the triage hub has rejected the GPs request for the referral to orthopaedics?

Hi ππ»
I think it means that referral has been received as itβs not pending anymore
Probably being looked at now by
Orthopaedics
Hopefully you should hear something soon through the NHS app π₯°

I had this for rheumy was told it would be triage first . I got an appointment for next week after waiting 9 months no triage call either . Hope you donβt wait long I actually rang up panicking a few months ago when I seen my β appointment β or pending had vanished thought they forgot about me x

The app isn't that great yet at tracking referrals, and not all hospitals/departments are fully integrated. I had a digital referral visible in app which eventually changed to "on waiting list", stayed that way for months even when I'd had an appointment through in the post.
EDIT, I've just checked my app and yep, still showing as waiting for appointment... My appointment happened June last year π

Thank you so much for all your quick replies. At least I can go to bed now without stressing over it π. I'm anticipating a long ol' wait!! Many thanks π

if in doubt call your GPβs secretary. They should be able to say if and when a referral has been sent out. Worth checking as Iβve been lost in the system a couple of times over the last 30 years, so not bad, but worth chasing up.
