If a decision has been made it takes up to 24 hours for them to see it on the system. If they can’t yet see it then that suggests a decision hasn’t been made.

I have been told on the phone a decision has definitely been made yesterday and a letter was sent out yesterday though so there must of made a decision

Im just thinking I've been declined it as I've had no award text today how long after a decision do you usually get the award text and if there saying they can't see the decision on thete system it might not of fully been 24 hours when I rang this morning would you say if i haven't received any back payment in 5 days I've not been successful

I rang today. I haven't received a test to say I was awarded yet the man on the phone said there was a letter sent yesterday and that could take 2weeks. He also told me the dates of payment, amounts and back pay. The texts aren't always sent I would say. Try not to worry easier said than done as I rang pip about 5times since my assessment with worry. But be hopeful. Have you requested a copy of your report at all?

He didn't tell me about dates of my payments this makes me think I've been unsuccessful as all he said was I can't see the decision but it has been made does that definitely means I've not been awarded then if he has told you your dates and I also asked for a copy of my report weeks ago that I haven't received

I have just called again and a women has said the case manager has sent the letter out but not left a decision for anyone to see to tell me and to wait for the letter does that mean it's unsuccessful

If there's no decision showing on the system then it couldn't have been made and the letter that was sent out is likely to be for something else. They send update texts and letters.
Other than that all you can do is wait for that letter to see what it says.
