    I claim pip and get high rate plus Universalcredit. My boyfriend lives with me but doesn't claim his Universal Credit from my address so if he changed but said he is a friend not partners will I lose any money

    I'm afraid this would constitute fraud. In fact if he is currently living with you and you are partners you should be informing Universal Credit of this. If it is discovered that you are living together and you have not informed them there is the potential that you could be sanctioned. I highly recommend you inform Universal Credit as soon as possible of the change in circumstances for your own financial stability.

    Are you saying that you're both claiming UC as single people? If so then you both must report the changes on your journal by reporting a change. Then click living with a partner. One of you will be sent a linking code to join both claims together.

    You should then put a message onto your journal to tell them the date that you started living together. There's very likely going to be an overpayment of UC which will need to be repaid back.

    If they find out that you're living together as a couple it would be much worse than if you were honest and reported the changes. You will each most likely have a small fine on top of the overpayment for not reporting the changes.
