UC and downloading bank statements
Hi, could anybody PLEASE help me with a pronlem I'm having downloading 4 months bank statements from my Halifax account? Apparently I can't download 4 months statements all at once to a PDF as Halifax onky do them month by month(separaretly). I have rung Halifax and a girl confirmed this was the case, I have to download each month one by one, how does it work when UC ask for your statements, can you send them one by one from your saved files, or do they require all 4 months on same PDF file? It's stressing me out all this nonsense, I'm sure not all banks are the same with how you can download your statements, it might just be Halifax, as long as UC are okay with me sending each month separately. Thanks.

Yes you can send them one by one.

Hey @charlie72, you do not have to send them all in one file. They can be uploaded one by one. Just as long as they are all uploaded you'll be just fine.
