Unsure about marital status for pension

I have received my pension invitation today, I have gone online but have a problem. One of the questions is marital status, I have been seperated from my husband for many years only going as far as the decree nisi. It doesnt give me any other option other than married or divorced. I have been living with my partner for 16 years and he is 8 years younger than me, the phone number for DWP pension also doesnt give the option for general enquiries. Can some one please advise me on this.

Hi @cushtiebird, welcome to the community 😊 If you are decree nisi than you are still married, but can go through with divorce via decree absolute.
If you have questions about your state pension then you can contact the Pension Service: Contact the Pension Service: Get information about your State Pension - GOV.UK
I hope this helps!
