Can you overturn a Tribunal appeal because because not all evidence was provided at that time

    Hey @Ruby888, the only stage after a tribunal is an Upper Tribunal. However, an Upper Tribunal will only happen if there has been an 'error of law'. This can include 'not enough evidence to back decision' or 'decision does not match evidence', but that does not mean 'not all evidence was provided at that time' would cover that.
