What information do I need to provide them when they ring me? (UC migration)...

Hi.
I only have a passport and don't have any other form of ID to prove my identity. I was informed via the website that they will call me in 2-3 days. What information will I need to have at hand/ready to prove my identity? It doesn't say when they will ring me (I assume it will be morning until evening?).
Also, when I made the claim, it gave me no option to put that I live with my parents. I could only put that I have '0' children.
Also, when it asks me if the information was correct about not claiming any other benefits, I had to click 'yes' to complete the form (even though I put earlier in the form that I'm on ESA). Am I able to clarify this? The grammar of the question was poor and unclear. I told them that I'm migrating and not claiming any other benefits/don't receive any other benefits.
If there is any issue with the claim, how do I clarify the situation? The form was not very clear.
Thank you.
All the best.

I had that message when I claimed UC, the call never happened and the message is still on the account almost 3 years later. I ended up being given an appointment to confirm ID at the Jobcentre. If they confirm id via phone you will be given an appointment.
UC don't need to know you are living with parents as that has no impact on your award. They are only interested in your dependants/non dependants and partner. Your parents are none of those.
You can add a note to your Journal stating you are migrating from ESA and your group.

Hello.
If I have to confirm ID at the job centre, what information would I have to take with me? Do I just make it clear to them that I'm migrating over from ESA? Will the appointment come through the post or via text/email? What will the appointment entail? What will they ask me? I have difficulty leaving the house. Can the verification not be done via phone?
Thank you.

Everyone has to prove id when claiming UC, even if they are migrating from legacy benefits.
Yes you can ask for what's called a biographical id check.
This will involve a phone appointment where you answer questions about your personal details only you would know.
All appointments are added electronically to the Journal.

Hi.
I have one final question. I have a P60 from 2023. Do you think they will accept this as an additional form of ID (alongside my passport)?
Thanks.
All the best.

If you have a telephone appointment to verify ID, all they need is answers to the questions.
