Is this true if they extend your pip and you have an assement if your money goes down you have ro pay back the diffrence also someone said before assessment you will have another form to fill light touch form ?

If any new award is lower than your current award, yes you may owe them some money but it will depend on when you received your last payment and when the decision is made.
No, once you've filled out the review form and returned it, there's no additional form you need to fill in. Light touch review forms do no apply to normal reviews anyway.
