Hi @shrinkydink, sorry to hear you're missing your payment. Do you have access to your UC journal?
If so, you can log in to check what date your payment should be paid.
If it shows today as your payment date and it hasn't been paid by tomorrow, it may be worth leaving them a message to ask what's going on.
Hope it comes through soon!

I have only had one UC payment so far, but I believe the day of payment can be affected by a bank holiday or the weekend. It might be slightly later.

Your payment date is the 19th.
If your payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday then UC pay the working day before.
Your payment is due 19th February
You were paid 19th December.
You were paid 17 January - because your payment date fell on a weekend.
You are next due to be paid on:
19th February
19th March
17th April (due to the 19th being a Saturday and the 18th Good Friday a bank holiday) .

My payment date is a Monday for ESA so I'm used to the concept of it being paid early if there is a bank holiday 😊
