I've seen people on here saying that their pip text message tells them that they have been awarded it. My review message says a decision has been made you will receive a letter within 2 weeks...is it normal?

    Yes for reviews they do not tell you in a text that you've been awarded. The text only tells you that your review is completed and to expect a letter within the next couple of weeks. You can ring them on Monday to ask what the decision was and they will tell you.

    can l ask how long your review has taken as l sent my review forms back in October
