My positive contribution is that I am looking forward to watching the rugby tommorow.
Ireland v Wales ( I support Ireland)
And England v Scotland.
I am backing England.
On Sunday I go to a private members social club.
Its a bit boring really but I get to see friends and I take an elderly couple with me.
When we come back to my place we will stuff our faces on pizza.
Such exciting lives we have lol.

Here's my contribution and, thank you, I needed it too. Enjoy:
This is the cast & crew of Dr.Who (David Tennant era) singing The Proclaimers 500 miles. Excellent fun. Look out for the late greats Bernard Cribbins and June Whitfield too.

I'm backing Scotland ๐ฅ๐คฃ๐คฃ for tomorrow.
Heading off to docs - persisting down ATM, air feels lovely and fresh
Flowers - snowdrops, daffodils, crocus, hyacinths, all blooming - what is happening, they are usually in succession but they are bright, cheerful and smelling lovely. Wish I could get out to get my pots seen to and planted up for some extra summer bulbs, then start my sweet peas off for a great display and smell in the summer.
To cheer you up - you've got better weather than up here ๐ฒ๐

I suffer from anxiety as well so positive posts are an excellent idea. How about we talk about our hobbies. One of mine is crochet and its excellent for mindfulness. I am raising money for one of my charities and am going to crochet for a total of 30 minutes each day in March. What things make you feel more positive?

The flowers sound amazing.
I don't have any hobbies.
Yours sounds a good way to occupy your mind and well done raising money for charity.

I'm house sitting at my son's house and looking after the family dog, who is lovely.
Last night the highlight of my year was listening to an owl in the trees! I haven't heard an owl for decades!
Cheered me up?

The spring is incoming.. may you feel calm and refreshed. Can you spot any signs of spring?

In our busy high tech times we overlook the joy of slowing everything down and enjoying the simple joys. My favourite thing is just sitting down with a cup of tea in a peaceful environment. Other people might prefer a cup of coffees or a hot chocolate

Yes its a beautiful time of the year.
The evenings are lighter which I prefer.
I just wish it would get a bit warmer here.

Yes, a big positive, spring is springing, despite the awful weather today.
I can't see much of it from where I am, but I do like bussing into the city, which has loads of tree'd parks. Running Hattie through on the pathways, as she doesn't walk anywhere & then stopping to watch the squirrels, birds & enjoy the sight of the banks of crocus, dafs etc., whilst Hattie has 40 winks in her lap bag. ๐
Also looking forward to the cricket in the morning, then the rugger, my picks for the weekend, Ireland, England & France.
