Refused PIP Mobility Component YET AGAIN!

I have received my recent review award from PIP I have the highest rate for the daily living component but yet again been refused all the mobility component element. I have spinal problems with nurology constant pain with 10yr ongoing conditions of Chronic Sciatica / Morton Neuroma/Crushing of C3 C4 C5 C6 & L4 L5 S1 along with Arthritis in both my hands, in both hips with calcification, and also both feet which i am unable to bend my toes. I have weekly bouts of been unable to put my feet on the floor due to the horrific pain. Ove the last month I have started with numbness from my waist down which has now cousing bladder problems. I have a wheelchair for when I am out for the day with family as I can only stand for 5 to 10 min I use a walking stick daily and my house is addapted for my needs. I am in and out of hospitial at the A & E 4 times over the last month. My last MRI showed huge worstening changes from previous MRI I am under specialsts teams MSK Spinal Surgery/ Mental Health Team. I take 18 tablets a day I am a young 55 yr old woman lost my independence due to all of this. I know people who have the mobility element who have less than me.
Please can anybody help me with this !!

Citizens Advice have some information on how to appeal a PIP decision.
MR has a very low success rate, the odds increase at Tribunal and sometimes the DWP make a pre hearing offer.
I'd highly recommend getting support and advice with the process from a local welfare rights organisation .
If you browse the forum, many others have posted about their experiences with the same.
