ESA to UC Migration form

Hi there

Can anyone tell me if there's a printable copy of the ESA to UC migration form please?

I've tried searching on here but whatever I put in the search box yields 7k answers.

In an ideal world, I'd like to be able to read through it 100 times before starting to complete it online so I have at least some of it in my brain and have an idea what documents etc I'll need.

I know I could start it online now but that doesn't really work for me as my phone screen is too small and mistakes would be made.

Once you start the process by registering an account, you have 28 days to fill in and submit the form.

You are able to save progress after each question, moving onto the next when ever you are ready.

After the final question you can review all your answers, and go back to edit if anything is incorrect.

Thanks for the reply, I'd already seen that list but that doesn't work for me and my brain. I only function in a remotely normal fashion by having an actual form to fill in.

Having to try to do it online isn't the same on a phone as a pc, so I was hoping someone would have a copy of the blank form which I could have got printed off

I don't think what you are seeking actually exists.

My suggestion would be to enlist a friend or family member, or yourself with a borrowed PC or laptop (local library perhaps), copy & paste those questions I linked to, and put them into a custom made document so the end result resembles a form.

There is likely a range of standard templates available that could be used instead of starting from scratch.

It can then be printed out so you have a paper copy.

My advice is go to job centre and ask them to help you fill it in or someone you trust that can help. I had my dad help me online reading the questions to me to make sure I understand.
