    Hi @Strawberry1 , im really sorry that you haven’t felt very well today, please maybe you could consider to try ginger tea to warm you up or even ginger powder half a teaspoon poured with boiling water and you can add honey and lemon to it or hot black tea with honey or black tea with raspberry syrup ?
