Evidence for WCA
hi all. I’ve just received a date for my WCA after waiting over a year since sending the handwritten form off. The problem is I can’t remember if I sent medical evidence off with it as I have since had my PIP review and done a new PIP application for my husband and it’s so hard to keep up with what’s been sent where. I have already called the assessment company to ask them to change to appointment date, request a telephone appointment and also ask for it recording. I’m yet to receive my new appointment date. Can I call them to ask if/what medical evidence I provided with the returned form?
thank you

Yes there is no reason you can't contact them to ask 😊
