Received letter today dated 21st feb stating they have now all the info needed for renewal will be writing soon on a decision. Rang automated pip line said my son will be paid the 21st March at the same rate he already was getting. Does that mean hus pip has been successfully renewed.

    Hi @Shugh, I wouldn't like to confirm for certain but it does sound like your son's' claim will be continuing as normal after his renewal. Hopefully you'll get a confirmation through soon to make things clearer 😊

    The PIP automated line can be inaccurate with the information it gives out, it's best to wait for the letter.

    You can try ringing and asking, but several forum users recently have been refused such information verbally.
