So back in 2024 February, I start reporting my fit notes, and then in June I stopped because my dad died, and my mental health was really bad at the time , I have a fit note from September 2024 to March 20205 , that my work coach accepted , I am know in the process of LCWRA assessment, my question is to when it will be backdate ?
The first time I was providing fit notes for more than 3 months but I was not refer for a capability assessment .
