Pip form help

Hello,
I have been sent a pip 1043 my award doesn't end for about 8 months.
Where can I get this form online to download and fill in ?
I guess after this is sent back I have to go for a medical its been about 2 years I think.

Hi there @peters77 sorry if I'm being silly, but if they've already sent you the form, why would you need to download a copy?
But yes, review letters are sent out around 8 months before the end of the award now as there's huge wait times to get them done.0 -
Ahhh I see.
I find it easier to do it on a pdf file than a the form itself. Feels easier for me really.

Gotcha @peters77 that makes perfect sense, I'm very much the same. Unfortunately I've not been able to find an online version you could fill in, only a sample one, which wouldn't be able to be used. But you can type the answers out to print out, then add your name and NI number to each page.

How long are the wait times after sending forms back ?
I guess it would be a medical after they recevie it back and then the long wait time at that point or from the point of sending the forms ?

Reviews are taking around a year.
Not all have a medical, sometimes DWP keep them in house and the Decision Maker uses the form to make a decision.
Others go to the external assessment provider, who will either do a paper based assessment (with either minimal or no further input from the claimant), or send an appointment for a full assessment.

Oh wow, that is a wait! So I could get an appointment for a review in a year or less
I've only got 2 weeks to complete this form, which seems unfairly short for the amount of info.
I'll see how it goes and maybe can ask for more time.
I've been trying to find this 1043 pips form only but cant seem to find it anywhere ? have you seen it anywhere as a pdf to download, I find it easier on a digital form.

how long are the wait times approxitmately ?
Is that a wait time before they look at you review paper work or before they set a medical ?
Are those in person or by phone these days ?

Under medication for all medication it asks "do you take them as prescribed"
do that mean if you take them as the box says not or whether it has been subscribed by a dr ?
