hello

my blue badge runs out on the 25 May, i have been given a form to fill in which i cannot full fill as i have lost my pip results, i have been try to phone for the last 3 days but it NEVER gets answered even though i have left it ringing for at least 2 hours twice a day, if they don`t answer how ,do i get a copy of my results to renew my bluebadge.

You can submit a request online, try and narrow down the date of your award letter and be really specific about what you need.

I did this for a copy of my PIP form and they sent me a copy within a few weeks.
