Hi
I have a question: If you apply for NS ESA and are unable to work due to health reasons, after submitting a sick note, and while waiting for the ESA50 form and WCA,
are you treated as a job seeker and have to go to JC every two weeks and look for work, just like in the case of Universal Credit?

You will need to agree a Claimant Commitment with a work coach.
I imagine the contents will vary from person to person.
