I have recently been diagnosed and I was wondering what things I should be doing to help living with the condition

    I have lichen sclerosis for 13yrs, not nice thing to have esp in flare ups.

    But avoid using bath oils,gels, scented stuff, use sanitary towel were possible.

    Make sure the area is kept clean and free from urine were possible.

    In flare I used steroids cream reluctantly, but U can use aqueous, vaseline to stop dryness which makes itchy unbearable

    It can be managed it's just learning what works best for you
