Emergency money to replace water damaged furniture

Had issues aall through winter regarding leaks, floods., water breaking or literally blowing up electrical items. Eg) this 5th time i have to replace washing machine and fridge freezer due to water inside the walls that trips the main fuse to house gets longer n more expensive everyyime. Iv got to focus on paying the bills that I didn't pay since kenz bin ill and it's getting me sent to court over
