hey, I been okay at moment. Other times when I do go out I do noctied mor being anxious. My mums doesn’t think that I need a diagnosed for but I think I do have anxiety.

my mum kept on saying about controling my anxiety but never work . Said same words what you shouldn’t say to anxious person. Then my mum just ignored or doesn’t seem to listen to me .
