Hi @JamieLeeSAMPLE, sorry to hear your neighbour is so noisy, that must be really unsettling for you.

Hope you can get your grant through. Are you hoping to move somewhere else more suitable?

Hi @JamieLeeSAMPLE I've just had a look through your previous post. Thanks for updating. Bless you, this has been ongoing for quite sometime. That's not good news about your neighbour. Probably best to try and keep your distance where you can.

I know it was a while ago now, but how did things go with your online housing association application and the medical questionnaire?

    Best wishes,

they said because i didnt have a physical disabilty or over 50 I couldn’t move into a more suitable property the prevous tennant got a rested and sent to jail as i found out he was texting a young girl who was an undercover policewoman. i also discovered the person had conned me into giving him my Wi-Fi as i thought i was helping when he moved in turns out he was banned from using the internet. There a new guy who is younger we are trying to be civil under standing issuse is the properity the wall are thin i suspect there is no insulation in the walls or in the roof and he bring his giril friend around. know few people in these propeities who have left however i am unable to. Move. There was also an issuse when a burglar broke in the properity and climbed onto the roof. Leaving me trapped my sister had to ring the police to get me out of the properity as i had no food (due to police blocking off the road and stopping me shopping getting through)

Hi @JamieLeeSAMPLE I really hope you get some positive news and support from the housing assessment. Do you have a date for this yet? Hopefully it's on a day when his music is playing loud so they can understand the effect.

On another note, have you changed your wifi password so this person cannot access anymore. It might be worth letting the police know they've had access just as a precaution.

    Best wishes,

so the new neghbour had people round after 12:30am which I could hear due to thin walls I knock on his door to ask him to keep it down i was told due to own the property he then proceeded to threaten with reporting my singing which i dont do after 11pm (i have a show i am rehearsing for) and saying hes going to report my snoring and noise i appantly made at 5am he start recording me ( i was at this point meltdown and was struggling to not do anything stupid) not sure if he was trying to intimdate me so he could still have his mates round the flat also stinks of weed.

Hi @JamieLeeSAMPLE Oh that's good you've had some reassurance from the police. That's one less worry.

I'm so sorry to hear of what happened last night. Have you contacted the police about the early hours and threats? It's definitely worth doing this, and keeping a log of what's happening and what's being said to you.

I hope you're doing ok today.
