Is Autism classed as mental health

Hi with the uncertainty of these cuts. And one was pip changes regarding mental health. I have autism for it on the higher level ,would autism count as mental health. Especially in the evil government lack of knowledge eyes

Im waiting assessment told three years for adhd but I think I'm definitely more autistic I just got pip don't know for how long as got paperbased waiting for letter to see how long for I have bpd dyslexia body dismorphia a few other things I wrote everything from morning to night didn't use certain words like people say to I actually wrote which is true assessments give me ptsd I wrote everything when you see these social media telling to say all these things I hate it and people who charge disgraceful I also phoned doctor and she said don't worry you do have serious mental health like yourself don't worry start doing a diary I've started one incase get assessment for lwcra

I had my first autism assessment in 2019 , then had to wait until 2022 for the final 2 . I also have ptsd , healthy minds said what I been through was to much and they couldn't help, so I had to wait for counselling. Which I've had which been helpful but dosent stop the flashbacks
