So not been on for a while so much been happening, dad has dementia and parkinsons ended up in hospital for a couple of weeks and my PTSD stopped me visiting him (I am terrified of hospitals) then he came home and husband had a heart attack, did manage to call ambulance and then everything went fuzzy and was not real, went in ambulance with blue flashing lights and sirens but felt detatched, got to hospital and couldn't go in had flashback then panic attack. Got home nurse rang and another panic attack left me vomiting, she rang daughter who came to make sure I was okay. Kept blinds closed for a week and didn't look after myself but husband came home yesterday and is recovering. It's so good to have him home but feel very guilty at not visiting and having a meltdown, was totally exhausting. I ate properly yesterday and the blinds are open again.

Morning...not good...I am on my second camomile tea. My heart is racing I hope it will ease a bit.. I was supposed to be in a place today but I just can not I have to give it a miss. Also very depressed. Waking up everyday and being very scared about the future is just not good . It is just depressing.. also weather is not helping ....so cold..

Sorry to hear that.
Its such a worrying time with so much uncertainty.
I am going to go out today.
The sun is shining but its cold.
I think if I stay in on my own I will go crazy with boredom.
