No breakfast. Yummy soup, Roast chicken lunch, finishing with warm plums and single cream… can't say no to chef in our supported living development. He worries!

Breakfast is usually cereal & followed mid morning by toast.. I've taken to adding a bit of bran these days:)
Or porridge, particularly when it's cold.
Lunch is usually a sandwich usually something with ham, ham & cheese, or chicken , fruit, a few biscuits maybe. Except if I'm out an about:) I think we have too much chocolate in the house :) it tends to get nibbled..0 -
