do feel abit shy , but , well here i go , had fibro many years , then out of the blue, a massive flare up, which has knocked me for six , in my head i know why its happened , so out of the blue is not really true,,, but not had one this bad for a while , i think every possible weird symptoms that ive had over the years seems to have landed on my doorstep right now , how strange , that one can think you know this weird fibro well , and then it surprises you how unpredictable it really is ,,, i mean by this ,, i learnt to rest more ,,, not to over do things ,, to eat certain things, and not others, dont smoke , dont drink , try excise , in moderation , yoga, meditation , and other relaxing hobbies, work on your mental health if possible , and now , i feel back to the beginning, i know some will say , that fibro is day to day always , but one would hope by changing the way you live it would be a more predictable and a more manageable thing to deal with , but as i said at the beginning , I do know why this has happened , which has made me more depressed, than I was , but something i couldn't change.

Hi @hicky and welcome to the community. It's terrible sometimes how things catch you off-guard and don't seem to make sense. Especially as it sounds like you put a lot of effort in to looking after yourself. I haven't experience with fibro myself, but hopefully there are members here that have, and can share their experiences with you.
I hope you enjoy your time on the forum, and thank you for being so open 🙂
Best wishes,

Also, I hope you don't mind but I've made a little change to your title and where the post is located to help others who might have some helpful input to find it. I hope that's ok.
