should I be worried?

I had a telephone review on the 18/2. It lasted over 2.5 hours and I was exhausted and at times overwhelmed. It was supposed to be recorded but they sent me 2 blank discs which is now under investigation as the recording never happened. My review has been selected for internal inspection this was prior to finding out about the failed recording. I still haven't heard a thing to say it's gone to DWP for decision. My anxiety is increasing and I'm starting to feel a bit paranoid. I have just moved from esa to state pension and been on PIP since 2016. Feeling I might be first in the firing line. Anyone else been in a similar situation. Thankyou

    It must be disappointing to have received the blank tapes, especially after 2.5 hours.. Hopefully you will hear something asap.

    Thankyou Yani09. It is disappointing about the recording but I feel more concerned about the internal audit. No timeframe given for completion. I am trying to put out of my mind but not easy tbh. But thankyou!
