Welcome to the community @ruby888
I'm sorry to hear that your PIP claim wasn't successful at this stage. It's normal to feel quite low about this, as I know it can be really disheartening!
Would you like to share a little more about what feeling really low looks like to you?
You do have a few opportunities to challenge the decision. The first step would be to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR). Citizens Advice have some information on how to do this, which I'd encourage you to check out when you feel ready.

Citizen advice is not approachable don't have a energy to fill a form with all the details. You should really put the request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. If you're outside of the 1 month timescale you need to give a reason why you didn't request it within that time. If they refuse then you just proceed to Tribunal. You can check this link to see what other advice agency is near you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

When I applied pip I was in the middle of the appointments recently the consultant who did my scan told me I've got inflammatory arthritis but the letter from the GP that I had sent with the pip application stated it's plantar fascitis my question is where do I start ? do I need to fill a form or write a letter but I haven't got the reports from hospitals yet0

It doesn’t really matter whether the diagnosis is one, both or none because it’s not about a diagnosis. You just need to explain which descriptors you think apply and why.I can’t tell you what you should write because I don’t know anything about how your conditions affect you.0

My question is do I need to write in a piece of paper or fill the form ?0

Either one. There's a form here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/challenge-a-decision-made-by-the-department-for-work-and-pensions-dwp

Use the form Poppy posted, it gives you a structure, Tori posted the CAB link that gives you information that you can use and apply to your individual circumstances. You can do this.Ruby888 said:My question is do I need to write in a piece of paper or fill the form ?
Do it in stages, do a page, take a break, do another page take a break etc. Then leave it for a few hours, return, and read through, make changes if needed, then leave for a couple of hours, then final review, send off, make sure you get Proof of Postage.1
