Have you requested a paper based hearing or are you appearing in person/telephone or video hearing?0

I’m not clear what stage of the appeal process you have reached. Are you waiting for an MR decision from DWP or waiting for a tribunal decision?0

Previous thread suggests it’s Tribunal stage. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/99636/hi-im-juiejellybeanx-can-anyone-advise-how-the-pip-tribunal-works#latest0

Then a decision can be made at anytime and it's not the end of the month yet.Are you aware that paper based hearings have a very low success rate of something like between 5-8%? It's always better to either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing where possible.0

I have sent all my evidence in i have asked for a phone call but no ones got back to me0

Did you specifically ask to change your request from a paper based to a telephone hearing?
