Where do I go for advice and guidance on pip. I don't understand these forms. I admit I'm not very clever and my head hurts constantly and I'm so tired all the time.

Lots of online information here
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/
This includes a section with guidance on how to fill out the forms.
Alternatively try and get help from a local advice agency

Kevin23, you don't need to fill the form in one go, they give you a month to
fill in the form / return it.
Just do 3/4 pages a day, Even then take breaks, it's not a race to get the
form filled in. It's getting the correct information onto the form.
For information only, not recommending you follow Youtube videos,
but there are some good ones that provide some advice on filling in forms.0
