With everyone spending more than what they should on food this year, or we did, as every stayed at home as there seemed to be a lot of stomach pains and sore heads, I just wondered what you did with your left over Turkey, Chicken Beef joins, or Gammon?
Most years I give them on the day to the Huggard centre by us, but last year and this year I have made Turkey Curry's including Tandoori and Tandoori Chicken.
Gammon Sandwiches on fresh bread are great.
Roast beef dinner with spuds and greens with a gravey what have you done?

Mine will be in bin as we cooked it earlier and will be no good for human or animal now.1

We divided the leftover turkey, gammon and roast beef between our two sons households and of course made sure the cheesecake, carrot cake and the rest of the goodies was shared equally.2

what ever meat we had left over from Christmas dinner we took to sons house to go on the buffet we had for the rest of the family. Never any waste with my family ha ha x1

You're like me, my son is a Jack Spratt and his mother all in one. Had a medium sized baking tray and did a dad'liveroo included a few sausage rolls as well.0
