I was a plumber for 20 years in london. After lockdown because covid 19 i start having knee pains than ankle and lower back pains these pain came very suddenly i was very active person and fit and in this 3 years i cant even walk properly we find it out that i have mild oa and severe oa in my ankle and now anxiety my life is upside down i just dont get it how all these problems started so suddenly. But i will never give up we all need to work hard to get better.

Thanks for sharing a bit about yourself, I'm sorry to hear how things have become more of a challenge since the lockdowns.
I think this is something a lot of us can relate to, not having the opportunity to be active in our usual way before the pandemic, and it's certainly had an impact.
Have you been able to speak to your GP about the things your finding harder these days, or asked about support for your mental health?
