Requesting a replacement copy of tax exemption certificate or an updated tax exception certificate.
not an easy task as none of the PIP numbers have a link for this request

    Yes, we've had other members say the same. My understanding is that you'll need to call the PIP helpline to request this. Have you been able to get through to them?
