What would your New Year's resolutions be for those in power? 

Here are some examples:

• bring forward additional cost of living payments
• build more affordable, accessible housing
• implement a social energy tariff for disabled customers
• invest more in accessible mental health services

I want to see standardisation of accessible housing.  Special housing is definitely important but all housing should be accessible by default, particularly the lower price end such as flats. Stop allocating all the accessible/ affordable housing to over 55s.

Require developers to include a certain proportion of accessible properties in developments.
