Ive just received a message in my journal asking me this
I have now received your medical report and would like to talk with you to confirm the information we hold on your Health Condition/s
is this normal they said they would be calling this morning

Could it be a decision maker trying to confirm things before making a decision? They did it for my PIP I don't know about for UC0

When that happened to me with PIP they asked like 3 questions, one was clarifying something from my form and two were just for more details as the report was missing stuff that was on my form.0

I agree with Mimikyu, sometimes they ring to ask some questions before making a decision.

I have just finished phone call they just asked if health conditions was the same nothing has changed and that a letter will be uploaded to my account within the next 24hrs with a decision0
