I have put in for an appeal can anyone tell me why they have put in a older application form as this was a new claim.

Is your new information form also included or is it missing? If it's missing from the bundle you should inform the tribunal service taht it is missing.

No got all my new stuff but they have put in my older application form that they declined me on.

As long as all the new stuff is included I wouldn't worry about having earlier information included. The tribunal will form their own opinion about what is relevant.

What was the decision on your current claim? Were you awarded anything?

I didn't understand what you meant because you said "declared". I now realise you meant "declined" (simple typo or autocorrect). However OP hasn't told us the status of their current award, it may have been declined or there may be an award but it may be lower than OP considers appropriate.

I was declined first time and reapplied was awarded but disagree with the mobility part.
