Hi welcome to the community unfortunately this area isn't my area of expertise but someone will be able to help you. For now though I recommend a look through the benefits section and the coffee lounge for fun and games. I look forward to seeing you around the community

Provided you have provided continuous and Fit Notes and you reported your health condition on 17th August then the LCWRA status is backdated to then. However the extra money is not paid until the fourth full assessment period after you reported your condition.
Your payment date of 14th January indicates that your assessment period is 8th to 7th of the month.
Three months from 17th August 2021 takes you to 17th November 2021. The extra money is payable for 8th December 2021 to 7th January 2022 and each payment after that.
UC need to recalculate your entitlement for each month back to August 2021 and then compare it with what they have actually paid you. Arrears due will be paid separately from your normal payment and take a few weeks to calculate.
New statements will be prepared for each of the previous months. These will replace the old ones. If you may wish to refer to the old statements you should download copies now.0
